Realities & Trivialities

I am still alive–in fact, so much so that I have had no time to sit down and write a blog post.  I tried to write one last week on the train but it quickly turned into a long-winded essay, so I will post it after I have done some editing in order to spare you from having to experience the nonsense that is my mind sometimes.

Meanwhile, I am so excited to post my photos from my visit to Christiania yesterday (otherwise known as Freetown).


Christiania is a self-proclaimed autonomous neighborhood in Copenhagen.  In 1971 a group of approximately 700 peace-loving squatters took over an abandoned military barracks and created an alternative living hippie commune.
